How do I get help or support?

What can I do with the PointClips I've purchased?

PointClips are versatile Microsoft® PowerPoint® objects, built in PowerPoint. You can use them in your own presentations and use them in presentations that you create for others for personal or commercial use. You can use them in other personal or commercial works, including documents, spreadsheets, web sites, etc., as long as you are the sole creator of the work. You may not re-sell the artwork or otherwise compete with PointClips. You may not share them with others to use in creating original works unless you purchase a separate license for the person you wish to share them with. Please see our license agreement for more information.

How do I get the PointClips I purchased into my own presentations?

Simply navigate to the desired artwork (each PointClips icon comes in a separate PowerPoint slide), click on the icon to select it, choose "EDIT > COPY" from the menu. Navigate to the desired slide in your own presentation and choose "EDIT > PASTE" from the application menus. You can also drag and drop PointClips from one presentation to another. Can I edit or change PointClips that I purchased?

Yes. PointClips are fully editable and resizable. To edit them, you'll need to Ungroup the object, by right-clicking on the artwork and choosing "GROUPING > UNGROUP" from the drop-down menu. You may need to do this several times to fully ungroup the object. At that point, each element is editable.

Can I use PointClips in other applications?

PointClips can be used in other Microsoft Office® applications, such as Word® or Excel®. It may also be possible to use them in other non-Microsoft applications, but we have not tested them in these third-party applications, so we can't guarantee that the image quality will remain intact.

I have a great idea for a PointClips icon. How do I make a suggestion?

I don't see what I need here. Do you create custom icons?

Yes. We will create custom icons for you for $150 per icon. Please send an email to custom@pointclips.com to get in touch with our in-house designers.

I need more help with my presentation. Do you do more than artwork?

Absolutely. Not everyone is a PowerPoint expert. If your presentation needs are more sophisticated, we can help with idea conception, layout and animation.
